Add a quick moods list panel and a configuration form, which possibilites the user manage the current playing song moods and the moods themselves, respectively.
Are added two menu items:
Edit -> QuickMoods Configuration
- Open QuickMoods' configuration form
View -> QuickMoods
- Enable/Disable QuickMoods panel
