MediaMonkey for Windows Gold registration information (License Username + License Key) is sent via e-mail as soon as your order processed. If you haven’t received the e-mail within a few minutes after making the order, check your spam folder and if it’s not there, please contact our helpdesk.

If you’ve lost your Gold license, your License Username and Key can be retrieved via our store for orders made after January 2025, or via MyCommerce’s ‘Find my order’ page for orders prior to Jan 2025.

If you’re still unable to find your license key, please contact our Helpdesk with your original purchase order # and the e-mail address used to purchase MediaMonkey Gold.
