MediaMonkey for Windows Gold registration information (License Username + License Key) is sent via e-mail as soon as your order processed. If you haven’t received the e-mail within a few minutes after making the order, check your spam folder and if it’s not there, please contact our helpdesk.

If you’ve lost your Gold license, your License Username and Key can be retrieved via our store for orders made after January 2025, or by contacting our helpdesk for orders prior to Jan 2025.

When contacting our helpdesk please provide original purchase order # and the e-mail address used to purchase MediaMonkey Gold.
