Album Art / Image lookup fails

If attempts to lookup artwork consistently fail, this can be due to:

A) Recent changes to the formatting of looked up artwork has caused the Artwork lookup to fail. Upgrading MediaMonkey to a release with a fix for this will resolve this issue:

B) Corruption of the ‘GPUcache’. A fix/workaround is expected in the new builds described above, but for now:

  1. Close MediaMonkey for Windows
  2. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to:
    C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Temp\GPUCache
    (where <Username> is your Windows Username)
  3. Delete the contents of the directory
  4. Restart MediaMonkey for Windows

Note: Upon initiating new image search, you may be prompted to accept a cookie in MediaMonkey’s internal browser (this behavior is location-dependent).
