Website Account / Login Issues ( Forum / Helpdesk )

If you’re having trouble logging in to our web site (Forum, Helpdesk, or Wiki), it may be that:

  1. Your website account is inactive:
    This can occur if you registered an account, but never clicked on the activation e-mail. Find your confirmation email (possibly in your spam folder) and click the confirmation link.

  2. Your MediaMonkey account information is incorrect:
    1. Your MediaMonkey Gold license username and key cannot be used to login to the website. Use your MediaMonkey website credentials. If you don’t have a MediaMonkey website account, you can create one at for free.
    2. Your username is incorrect:
      Make sure to use your site username and not your email address
    3. Your password is incorrect. Visit the reset password page to resolve.
      IMPORTANT:
      • You must enter your email address to reset your password
      • BUT, you must use your username to to login
        Some password managers will save your email address as your username when you reset the password causing the login to fail.


If you still can’t log in, please create a new account and submit a support ticket with details of the problematic account.


Note: once you log in, you can change your website account’s email address or password via the User Control Panel . Usernames cannot be changed.
