You can report bugs on our Forum or via Support (if you want to share private information). When reporting bugs via the forum check first if the bug has already been reported by another user, if so add to that report instead of creating a new topic.

- MediaMonkey for Android: Click the Menu > Help > Send logs to send a debug log. Then include the log ID in any correspondence with us in the MMA forum or helpdesk.
The more information you include, the better the chances that we’ll be able to fix it. This is especially true for bugs that are difficult to replicate or occur under certain specific conditions. In such cases, in addition to debug log, screenshots/casts and/or the affected media files are often helpful as well.
