Shuffle Tv shows, episodes in order

Hey guys.
I would like to create "my own Tv Channel". I have a bunch of tv shows and cartoons in my hard drive, and I'd like to play them randomly, but not the episodes. So once the tv show is chosen, the episode played will be the next unwatched one.

So if I have 3 different Tv shows, the playlist would look something like this:

TV Show 1 - Episode 1
TV Show 2 - Episode 1
TV Show 1 - Episode 2
TV Show 3 - Episode 1
TV Show 2 - Episode 2
TV Show 3 - Episode 2
TV Show 1 - Episode 3
---------------------------------------------

That way I would have an experience like a tv, picking random tv shows, but I would still watch the episodes in order.
Is it possible to do this on MediaMonkey? If it´s not, do you know any other media player that can do it?
