Sorry--our focus atm is on getting MMW 2024 out the door :-(

We're fairly close to being able to share something, but I can't give a timeline right now.

To be honest , I had made a request for MAC OS close to 20 years ago...(Used MM2 on XP)
After waiting so long I'll be just grateful to see something out this year.
I have to use my old Macbook and run windows now... JUST for Media Monkey..lol
So I haven't been able to use it as much. Thank you so much for such a great piece
of software, especially with huge libraries.
Good Luck with the coming MM
Thank you for keeping us in the loop...

Cheers...

It would be great to see Macos version comingm because I'm leaving Windows behind after 30 years.
Keep up the good work ;)

and This
rusty wrote: Fri Nov 29, 2024 4:03 pm Hi,
We've just posted an updated build that we expect to release to production early next week! It includes fixes to a CD-related crash and to a volume leveling regression.

Well MediaMonkey on MAC OS will be released as "soooooon"℠ as it is ready. But also when it satisfies our Quality of Service we provide for Windows PC and Android devices. Single Internal working Alpha version is available for quite some time so only 20 years of development and features needs to be added, so it takes bit more time to make than we anticipated.

Wise people say patience is a virtue and often very worth to wait.

Even I avoid Apple products in high circle due the reasons they can't be dismantled and customized to my needs and my way of using devices MM for MAC will be our way to give some freedom to MAC users and bring Windows users experience to them.

The unavailability of a Mac OS version of MediaMonkey is the ONLY REASON that I have not bought a MAC. It sounds like you are getting close, so I think I will buy the Mac and pray. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE hurry.
Thanks

I run MM portable in a VM on my M3 Mac. I've been running it on Intel Macs that way since 2.x days, although back then it wasn't "portable".

This allows me to keep MM and my library on a portable drive which I can connect to either my iMac or MBP. If the Mac version is "portable", I will likely switch to in on release.
